You can check your application status through these channels:

1. Online Query (Recommended)

1. Visit OCBC Personal Loan Europe website and click "Check Application Status"
2. Enter your application reference number and registered mobile/email
3. Click "Query" to view current status

2. Email/SMS Notification

The system automatically sends notifications when your status changes (approval result, document requests, etc.)

3. Customer Service

Call OCBC EU customer service (9 AM – 6 PM CET) or email support with your reference number.

Status Meanings:

• Submitted: Application received
• Under Review: AI/manual verification in progress
• Approved: Application passed
• Rejected: Application failed (reason provided)
