Crypto Ai Loan Repayment Methods and Procedures

Available repayment methods:

1. Automatic Bank Deduction (Recommended)

Bind your EU bank account during application. The system automatically deducts the monthly amount on the due date at 10:00 AM CET.

2. Online Bank Transfer

Log in to your online bank, enter OCBC's EU bank account details, and transfer before the due date. Include your loan account number in the transfer remarks.

3. Mobile Banking Transfer

Use your mobile banking app to complete the transfer with the same requirements as online transfer.

Important:

• Ensure sufficient balance 7 days before due date
• Complete manual transfers before 5:00 PM CET on due date
• Keep transfer receipts for manual payments
• If due date is a holiday, processing occurs on the next working day
